Pasumpahan Island is an island located in the waters of the Bungus Teluk Kabung sub-district, Padang City, West Sumatra province, Indonesia. Claims of the beauty of the sea have made this island known to local and international tourists. Pasumpahan Island is about 200 meters from Sikuai Island. This island has a white sand beach with well-preserved coral reefs. The island is expected to become a leading tourist destination in the province of West Sumatra. This island is located west of Little Satan Island, to get to this island it takes 10 minutes from Sungai Pisang with a 45 PK engine. The potential for underwater tourism in the marine tourism area of the west coast of Padang City is an area of coral reef ecosystems that are found on almost every island, including on Gosong Island. Apart from coral reefs, various types of coral fish / ornamental fish are also very interesting for tourists to enjoy. In the waters of Padang City, 21 species of butterflyfish were found, which were dominated by Chaetodon trifascialis. Dive locations that have begun to be marketed to tourists include Sironjong Island, Snake Island, Sirandah Island, and Pulan Pandan.
